Three cheers for the bangers and mash.

Oh, try them.  Come, give them a bash!

      A succulent sausage will tickle the taste.     

      But don’t think of calories or of your waist.

 

Three cheers for the sausage that cheers,

Though it may not be what it appears!

      Instead of the pork there’s venison now,

      And don’t forget some are made from a cow.

 

But the sausage that sizzles

Removes all your grizzles

 

The sausage that browns

Will remove all your frowns.

 

The sausage that fries

Wins the hearts of the guys

     

Oh yes!  Three cheers for the bangers and mash!
