I read of a man who once lived a strange life -

And thank goodness he had neither children nor wife.

     He lived in a cage in a very large zoo

     And in the next cage?  Well it could have been you!

 

Another strange man lived deep down in the sea -

And it’s cold in the sea, you can well believe me!

     And who do you think was living there too?

     No, I didn’t go, but it could have been you!

 

A cannibal sat and he cooked Sunday lunch

And when it was finished he started to munch,

      But the meat was quite tough and a problem to chew.

      Well I know I’m still here, so it could have been you!
