I've Too Many Miles on My Clock
Hickory Dickory Dock

I’ve too many miles on my clock
​
And just for spite,
My hair’s turned white

(ie, much older than I feel inside). No, that's not me. I wouldn't be writing these poems in the way that I do if I felt at all old - and I love to be with young people and that is why I love visiting school classrooms and I have loved teaching all my life. Josie
